T5013 spousal allocation

I received a T5013 for a joint investment account I have with my spouse. I can't see on the T Slip entry screen where I can allocate 50% of the income amounts to her.

If you are using TurboTax Online, then the option to split with your spouse is the 2nd to last question at the bottom of the T5013.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, then the option to split the T5013 with your spouse is not available. You will need to enter each spouse's share on their individual returns.

Hello,

Thank you for your quick reply. I hope this issue is in the queue for a quick resolution. It's very annoying. I suspect I'm one of many customers that needs to use a manual work around.

When will Turbotax download be updated to allow spousal allocation.

I saw a comment from another member saying that he's been asking for years for this problem to be fixed. Nothing has been done.

I'm going to look for new software before next tax season.

TurboTax is continuously improving, unfortunately the update will not be available for the 2023 tax year.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
