Tax paid to IRS that is not shown on any form (IRA distributed with no tax withheld). I want to enter as a Foreign Tax Credit but cannot find where to enter it.

You are able to claim taxes paid to the IRS as a foreign tax credit.  When using TurboTax Self-Employed, click on the deductions tab, then on payment profile and then on the foreign tax credit.
