What do I enter for Principal Residence "Proceeds of disposition"?
Are the "Proceeds of disposition" the total amount that I received for the house or the difference between what I bought it for and sold it for? I sold it in early 2016 and this is the first year we're required to report it, even if no capital gains are owing.
