I have twice asked the same question, and have received answers that do not answer it. I know how to enter foreign earnings and did not ask that. But I do not know how to deduct the foreign earnings based on a tax treaty. Using the online version of TurboTax, which does not have a Go To Forms button (which was the basis of one of the replies I got), how do I deduct based on a treaty?
Let's try this a different way: Go to your Income Tab - Tslips - Foreign Slips. Anything that has to do with a tax treaty is entered here. You enter in your information based on the slip you have for your foreign income.
