What does roll number mean?

Can someone please help me fill out the section to claim your rent paid. The page doesn't make sense and I can't find any other place to show what to put in properly.

What does roll number mean?
Where do I put the amount I've paid for the year.

The roll number is if you own your home and pay property tax. Please see the screenshot below and you will only need to enter what is in red.
