What should i do I am paying the mortage in a property that is not under my name how can i put that in the income tax return the house is under my mother in law she help us to get the house with a better interest rate. I pay the downpayment closing cost mortage she doest want to declare this house so i dont know what to do i dont want to cause her pay for a fa or for me?
