What version of turbotax supports claiming foreign income?

The program is asking me to upgrade to Premium at $80 but I see the Deluxe version would also work at $40. Why don't I see this option? It's much cheaper and does what I need

TurboTax Deluxe Online doesn't support Foreign Income. You would have to use Premier or higher.
