In TurboTax Standard Online,

Click "Provincial"

Click "Provincial Tax Credit Profile"

Click "Continue"

Select "Yes" to "Are you applying for the 2017 Ontario energy and property tax credit?"

Complete the "Payments Related to your Principal Residence" appropriately.  Then click "Continue"
