Unfortunately, as a salaried employee, if you pay to park at your office you cannot deduct it as an employment expense. However, if you work in different places every day or are normally required to work away from your employer’s office, you may be able to deduct your parking fees.
If this applies to you, you can deduct the expenses on TurboTax as long as your employer has provided you a T2200 certifying that the expenses are required for your employment. The expense must then be recorded under Employment Expenses on your return.
