Why can't I add my Eligible PRPP contribution box in the HBP section? It won't allow me to input any numbers and the rectangle box isn't highlighted.

The box at the bottom is for PRPP contributions from tax-exempt earned income. If you don't have that, you don't need to fill out the bottom part, just the 3 boxes at the top.
