Just make sure that you have entered the rental income under your wife name.  If you have entered it under your name, it will be entered on your return.

No, I re-entered it thinking this is what had happened and it did it again.

did you enter 100% owned by your spouse on the Rental form?

My wife owns 20.274% of the rental property.

You have check the box that she is reporting Rental income and then you have entered the information for that rental property and the income and expenses related to that rental property along with the name of the other owners in the Owners section so that only 20.274% is left for your spouse?

I thought that is right. Why at the end does it appear under a summary for me, her spouse?

I'm trying to reproduce your issue.  Just make sure that you have nothing entered in the Spouse section of the T776 Partner Details Statement

In our tax summary the net income 20.274% for the rental property is under my name, not my wife's

Ok, I will check.

I cannot reproduce on my end.  It is working as expected when I enter only the information for the partners that my spouse would share the rental property with.

This is soooo frustrating. I notice that I can put the percentage (20.274) for my spouse and then it shifts the income back to my wife.
