Why has turbotax not included the Canada employment amount in 2023 taxes when it has been in every other year for 6 years?

Is this something to do with the Wage loss replacement that ended for me in 2022? This ended at 65 last year and the return amount is lower and that's what caught my eye. Without it the amount is $500 less.

You must have employment income to be able to claim the Canada employment amount.
