How can you claim property tax in one Province (ON) while your current province of residence has changed (BC)?

Cant seem to find a way to claim Property Tax paid in ON. As of 2014.08.01 I have been residing in BC and have BC as my province of residency. 

please help

You can't.  In order to claim property taxes for the purpose of the Ontario Trillium Benefit, you must be a resident of Ontario on December 31, 2014
