How do I create more than one tax return using TurboTax Free for tax year 2015 or 2016?

For tax year 2015 or 2016, you need to create a new account for each return you want to prepare.

To create a new account:

1. Browse to the Create your account page, for the tax year you want to prepare a return for (tax year: 2015, 2016).
2. In the Email address field, enter the same email address you used for previous TurboTax account(s).
3. In the Phone field, enter the same phone number you used for your previous TurboTax account(s).
4. In the Password field, enter a new password.
5. Complete the remaining fields and select Create account.
6. Begin working on your new tax return as you normally would.

Important!: Be sure to keep your new user ID and password in a safe place so you can sign in to TurboTax Free to access your new tax return in the future.
