Can not Netfile Purchased primary standard Prepared 2019 return Printed 2019 and T1135 How do I Netfile Now

You must choose to either "NetFile" or "Print to Mail" - If you have already clicked on print to mail then it will ask you to pay again- since it is considered a filing method. 

If you only printed a copy of your return and never clicked on Print to Mail then follow these instructions if using TurboTax CD/download Or here if you are using TurboTax Online.
