How do I convert .ttbk and .tt15 files for printing ?

I simply need to print my 2015 .ttbk files to submit to CRA. I do not need software just a conversion method. My wife and I jointly filed. We have CRA netfile confirmation numbers but CRA want a printout of a return for her.

You can rename your .ttbk files to .tt15 to make them work like normal tax files. Then you just need to open them up using TurboTax CD/Download 2015 to print them.
