I have used Turbotax for years and never had such difficulty filing my return. It will NOT let me netfile and only directs me to print and mail in. How do I netfile?

I get a message that there are some forms missing that we’re not available by the government yet updating doesn’t help. I can’t print or Netfile

Please make sure that you copy of TurboTax CD/Download is updated: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3262510

 

Please check that you don’t have any unneeded forms on your return. Make sure to close them before filing. (Edit>Forms>Close Unused Forms)

 

Double check that you (and your spouse, if you have one) have not accidentally said “YES” to the Tax on Split Income (TOSI) question. Us the Find tool (or the Forms lookup) to search for Tax on Split Income, answer the question “NO” and click “Continue” to save. Then try to file again, starting from the beginning of the Review section.

In EasyStep Mode:

- From the left side menu, select Review.

- From the options that appear, select Tips Warnings and Errors.

- Continue through your return and file.

 

In Forms Mode: Click the Review icon.
