Did I already fill out a TP80 form on turbotax or do I need to print one out from the Qc provincial website?

If you have self-employment income and needed to complete a TP-80, when you print out your return, a completed TP-80 should be included in the package.

This form will be in the PDF you save/print for your archives but might not be in the PDF you'd print to mail to Revenu Quebec. When you print your return to mail, only the forms that the government requires you to send them print.
