Online editions of TurboTax do not support the ability to print individual forms, so if you require specific information for your records, you'll have to print the entire return.
Follow the applicable steps below to print a specific return in TurboTax CD/Download. Note: When using EasyStep Interview, you can easily switch to Forms mode by pressing Ctrl+R on your keyboard.
Steps for the following methods:
EasyStep interview
- Select Review from the side menu and then select Print personal return or forms.
- The Save a copy of your return for your records screen appears.
- Select Individual forms. A list of all the forms contained in your return opens.
- Select the checkbox beside the form(s) that you want to print, and then select Print for Your Records.
Forms mode
- From the File menu, select Print, and then Print Form (or F10 on your keyboard).
- When the Forms list appears, select the one you want to print. Note: If the form you want to print doesn't appear in the list (for example, the DSUM-Detailed Tax Summary), uncheck the Show Open Forms Only box and search for it using the keyword or title.
- To print multiple forms, hold down the Ctrl key and use your mouse to select additional forms.
- Select OK to print.
