Print T1 Zeroes

Page 4 of T1 - how to print zero taxable income and zero refund which is fine.  Problem is the print-outs show those fields as blank rather than 0.00.  How do I print those zeroes.  Same issue with the abbreviated forms that get mailed to the CRA?

The fields being blank in the printouts does not affect your tax return evaluation by the CRA. 

I'm guessing you are requesting this as a personal preference.
