The format to print pdf copy is not aligned. When I print it cuts the top of the return off. How do I format the pdf?

You can’t format the pdf, but you can try to change the Scaling or Margins in your print settings. It may be easier to do this if you save the pdf to your desktop and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. https://get.adobe.com/reader/
