When I open Turbotax 2018, it says it was unable to search updates. what to do?I con't save, print or submit my return either.

Please make sure that you have an internet connection when trying to update your TurboTax Desktop. If you do and are still seeing this message, the best solution would be to uninstall then reinstall your software.
