Why can I not print my 2018 returns? I have the desktop TT Home & Business. I have called TT support 3 times, and have done all updates. Still - forms not finalized.

I asked this question 6 days ago, yet, still no response.  It would be real nice to be able to files my husband's and my taxes!  But, my forms won't print, TT blames CRA, CRA can't answer - what gives?

When I call in (several times), agents don't have a clue, yet I can't get an answer here either.   This is not a high recommendation for future product sales.

Please make sure that you copy of TurboTax CD/Download is updated, as all forms have now been finalized and unlocked: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3262510

If you are still unable to file or print, double check that you (and your spouse, if you have one) have not accidentally said “YES” to the Tax on Split Income (TOSI) question. Use the Find tool (or the Forms lookup) to search for Tax on Split Income, answer the question “NO” and click “Continue” to save. Then try to file again, starting from the beginning of the Review section.

- From the left side menu, select Review.

- From the options that appear, select “[Name] – Tips, Warnings and Errors”.

- Continue through your return and file.

In Forms mode you can get to the Review with CTR+D.
