I can't login to my TurboTax Advantage account. What should I do?

If you're unable to log in to your TurboTax Advantage account, complete the following steps to change your password:

 

 

  1. Go to the TurboTax Advantage new password request page.
  2. In the Email box on the lower left, type the email address associated with your TurboTax Advantage account, then select Email me a new password.
  3. Check your email for the new password. Don't forget to check your spam or junk email folder, in case you don't see our email in your inbox.
  4. Use your temporary password to sign in to TurboTax Advantage.

 

 

If you cannot remember the email address you used for your TurboTax Advantage account or you're having other difficulties, contact us to speak to a customer care agent

Note: This program was discontinued starting in 2019, though previous users are still able to take advantage of their subscription until further notice.
