Deduction for workers (Line 201)

Based on my eligible work income, I should be eligible for the maximum amount of $1170 on line 201 (Deduction for workers) on my Quebec Tax Return, but TurboTax calculates $0.  Why is this?

My bad, I found my own error...

In the section "Enter amounts for NON-eligible employment income", I did not read carefully and left the default (my ELIGIBLE employment income) in the field "Income consisting solely of taxable benefits that you received from previous employment".

So, basically it cancelled itself!  After setting this to $0, TurboTax now applies the correct $1170 deduction.

In my case the amount in Relevé 2 simply shows up as regular employment income with a calculated credit in QC 201, whereas it should be post-employment income.  This happens every year, and Revenu Quebec has to correct it.
