Tax filing in Quebec

Turbo tax asked me if I have ever filed to revenue quebec.I filed quebec taxes 12 years ago.I do not have any online revenuequebec account.I am thinking that it is a "yes" i have filed to revenue quebec and this is not my first time.is that right?

You have to answer Yes to the question Have you ever filed a Revenu Quebec return?  That way, TurboTax will let you the opportunity to use NetFile.  If you have no Revenu Quebec online account or/and you did not file for many years, chances are that you won't be able to use the NetFile service and you will have to print your return to file by mail.
