Not Populating any Info from Previous Years Returns - Online Turbotax (2024) Self Employment

Anyone else ever had this issue or have any fixes? I've checked through the account recovery tool to see if I have multiple accounts or ID's and I don't, I've only ever had one and just confirmed that. I've been using online turbotax since 2020, its always seamless. It always populates my info automatically. I recently completed my 2023 return (I am filing late, so I had to use a special turbotax URL to access the 2023 software online). Filed that with no issues. Then I had started my 2024 taxes in 2025, and I didn't have to use a special turbotax URL because it was the current tax year, and everything populated normally, but I had to save and continue at a later time. However, I have now come back to complete my 2024 filing, and we have now rolled over into 2026, so I have to use a special URL again to access the 2024 software online. This time when I logged in, my info was gone (The return I previously started is showing $0.00 and it reset the progress back to the beginning). So I started a fresh new return and logged into my CRA, but still, it didn't pull any of my info from online, so I had to download my previous year (2023) return as a PDF from turbotax and upload it right back into turbotax. Seemed redundant, the software should be able to access my return if its literally right there available for download on my account, But I went through the hoops anyways and it STILL didn't work. All of my self employment info including business name, address, industry codes, vehicle information, CCA items from previous years, etc, none of it is here.
Look, I pay a lot for Turbotax, I paid $140 to file with premium last year, and I'm not even able to speak to support about this, I have to submit this issue to the FAQ forum and wait who knows how long for a response. In the meantime, I'm obviously going to manually upload my info and probably finish my taxes before I get a response..
One of the MAIN reasons I am willing to pay the constantly increasing $ price, is because it always populates my info the following year and I don't have to reconcile and enter every single detail ... I mean although it is a pretty basic function, its also an essential feature, why else would you prompt us to upload our previous return, if not for convenience?

I apologize for my tone in the messaging but I've been a customer for over 5 years and have found no solutions for resolving this issue, can't even contact tech support or a customer service rep without paying $ first, so I am understandably frustrated and disappointed...

*Edit: I assume it has something to do with the fact that I am filing late and having to use these unique Turbotax URL's to access the previous years software. This is the link I am using to access and file my 2024 return:
https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/signin?from=timeout
