When I try to print a copy of my tax return for mail in, why don't the ONT428 got printed. I found there are some boxes in the T1-KFS has 5 boxes of it. Is that enough for the CRA?

I printed a 2025 at the end of the 'wizard' and it didn't include all T1 pages. It had the first page, the step 1 page and then only the step 6 page (happened twice). I had to print the T1 form directly and it said it was using one of my licenses for this, but did print correctly.

How do I get compensated for that license?

i have to print and mail my return to CRA. Turbotax prints out a T1 general condensed 2025 return. Is that ok to send to CRA?

I need to mail this form to CRA. Regular printing says it's a "Duplicate - Do not mail" ... so (a) I can't print a mail-able return and (b) I can't find the T1-KFS form to mail

Only TurboTax can fix this. I have found a work around and I am certain that others have encountered this issue.

Cannot print spouse's return unless create a pdf copy first.

In the screen 'Save a copy of your return for your records', 'Whose information would you like to save or print?', when I select my name, I can print my return. But when I select my spouse's name it still prints my return instead of my spouse's return. How do I fix this please?

When I save the tax file as a PDF it does not include the worksheets. For example the donation worksheet, the RRSP worksheet, the RPP worksheet, etc. none of these get saved in the PDF.

The only way to ensure I have a copy of the worksheets is to go into Forms view and print each of them individually.

In the forms view select 'file' 'print'. You then get the option to either print the return or print the individual form you are on at the time. If you select 'print return' it takes you out of forms view to the 'save a copy' screen where you can select to save a PDF. But the resulting PDF does not save the worksheets, just the forms that go with the return.

If you select 'print individual form' when it asks you to select a printer you can select Save-As-PDF. But it only saves that individual form/worksheet as PDF. You have to go through them one by one to save the worksheets. I cannot find any other way.

It is a real pain. Why doesn't TurboTax include an option to save the entire file including worksheets?

The field on my return to print shows Your country of residence on December 31, 2025: zero Is that correct?

printing always includes the left side menu

I cant get rid of the left side navigation pane when printing in 2025 on line version.

It didnt happen in previous versions.

Suggestions on line mention a way to turn it off but that is not shown on this version.

I bought turbo tax software. When I save to a pdf and try to print it the lines are all crazy. The file did not save in a useable format. How can this be fixed?
