I haven´t received my assesment from CRA. I open Turbotax and I read: Status in progress. But tax return figure as sent. Why CRA hasn´t sent to us our assesments?

I filed my taxes in April, so why can’t I still see any record of it on the CRA website?

I’ve used other platforms before, but I’ve never experienced a tax filing app this slow or unclear. I completed my tax filing in April, but it still hasn’t been confirmed—does that even make sense? Where am I supposed to check whether it was actually submitted? How much longer do I have to wait for it to show up? Honestly, I’ve never been this frustrated using a service before.

I submitted a request for a refund for TurboTax Online on April 11. It has almost been a month and the case status still says open and it's beyond the number of days that Intuit indicates refunds will be processed. Is there a timeline or information on whether this will be refunded?

Can I amend 2020 tax return? If yes, how?
