Please contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and request that your NETFILE account be unlocked.

If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495.

The activation software gives me an error when I enter the installation key and computer key.

Are you using the TurboTax Expert Help or Full Service product? If so, you must pay for the product you used to prepare and submit your return. If you haven't paid yet and don't want to pay for the product, you should begin your return with a TurboTax Do-It-Yourself product that matches your tax situation for the year 2025.

@fankboner On the Filing Hub page, at the bottom, you can choose print to mail. It will provide you with a copy of T1 General for preview.

When using Apple Pay, it says done as if the payment went through but back in the app there is a mess saying whoops something went wrong. Try again later.

You can claim your expenses in the self-employment section.

In TurboTax, you can find a summary of your income tax by clicking on your refund amount or balance owing, then selecting View detailed summary. This will open the Detailed Tax Summary, which shows your income, deductions, credits, and line-by-line tax details.

But I want to examine the contents of the T1 form before I file it. I cannot reconcile some of Turbox's calculations from the summary information only. Can I do this?
