If you have an amount in box 12 of one of your forms (I'm assuming a W-2), please do not remove it. With few exceptions, you should report your tax forms exactly as they are presented to you. It sounds like your return required forms and schedules not supported by the free version of TurboTax. Please click here to see the pricing tiers and the included tax situations. Yes, I decided to get my taxes done locally instead. I figured out how to clear that box 12 by redoing everything. BUT at the end turbo tax wanted to charge because I "paid too much" in state taxes,for the record I only play the bare minimum, which is 60$. Ok what ever, BUT there was an added 50$ fee for state taxes??…….?

OKIEDOKIE im not interested in something that was free to a 110$ fee out of a VERY low return.

I'll just pay the people who have been doing my families taxes for years. Thanks
