&lt;P&gt;Where's my Refund is the most accurate information as it is directly from the IRS. Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. The TurboTax site can only update if the information is provided for the software to update. This doesn't always happen so the information shown on TurboTax could be behind.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The IRS is who is issuing your refund, not TurboTax, so the IRS has the most up to date information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;None of that helps and I know the community has no access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The previous 'Expert' asked me a question and I was answering her. I wasn't trying to track it. I was trying to find out if TT had filed my State yet. Federal is not an issue and IRS has no impact on State taxes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still have no answer from anyone to my original question. Everyone keeps giving me the contact link to information that I've already stated will not work and why. I can only guess that I am up a creek without a paddle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everyone's attempts are appreciated, but appear useless under the given situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
