I wanted to start over again because I accidentally upgraded.&nbsp;&nbsp;It's idiotic that you can reverse that.&nbsp;&nbsp;Its a HUGE complaint I have of you product.&nbsp;&nbsp;While sitting on hold I just started a new return with the level of product I wanted.&nbsp;&nbsp;I am working on that one but still can't delete the other one as it says it's "an active return" and can't be deleted.

I have purchased two (2) online copies of Premier (myself + wife) as I do every year...This year it didn't import last years base info so I started creating everything from scratch.&nbsp;&nbsp;There is no DELETE option available online as you suggest... could you please be more specific in your steps to resolve this "common" online issue?
