Did you enter your code at turbotax.ca/activate before you started your returns? If not, you can enter it in the coupon code space.

I did enter the activation code before I continued. If I ignore the msg will it go away or will Turbo Tax expect payment?

Did you start by activating your software in turbotax.ca/activate? The only way to be charged $21 is because there was an amount included from the previous list shared above. Those items are not included in the free return.

If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your Activation code before you start your returns. You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? Please note that you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.

If you have a coupon code, you'll see the space for it in the payment section of TurboTax Online.
