Hi, I have a new PC and trying to reload my 2023 online version. On the site there is current year (showing 2024) and prior years ending with 2022. Can you tell me where 2023 is located?

You can download Tax Year 2023 from the link and use the same license code. Please choose the current year for Tax Year 2023 , we haven't added Tax Year 2024 yet to the list ( We are working on to get that corrected and updated)

Could you please confirm where the product was purchased from? Was it a direct purchase from Intuit TurboTax or purchase through a retail store?

Hi, I purchased a new PC and am trying to reload my 2023 online version.

I got it installed, but it's NOT letting me activate it with my 16 digit code from last years purchase; It says 'All available activations for that code have been used. Error code: 603)

How do I reactivate my 2023? I have 2024 installed & ready to go, but need some changes to my 2023 files. Please let me know

You can install TurboTax Desktop on up to 3 computers. Re-installations of the Software on the same computer (for example in the case of a hard-drive crash or replacement of your computer) will count as installations for the purposes of the three-computer limit.

If you feel that you are seeing the 'All available activations for that code have been used.' message in error, please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608 as they will be better able to assist you.

During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (mid-February) to the regular filing deadline (April 30), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:

9 AM to midnight ET for English support
9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

During the rest of the year (May 1 to mid-February), we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.

I only had it installed on one computer, my older laptop. So I should be able to have 2 more, correct.

From this thread, I believe I am running into the same issue as Jag. Thanks to the link we can download the 2023/2024 version of Turbo Tax incorporated, but when you go to buy a license on the Turbo Tax website and select the year 2023, you get a tax package that is for the year 2022/2023, not 2023/2024. When you select the year 2022, you get the same thing, only its about $30 less. Please clarify where the correct license code for the Turbo Tax Incorporated 2023/2024 is located, please

I never mentioned that I needed help preparing the taxes! Why do I keep getting sent for help in tax preparation. I very clearly stated that I needed to purchase a KEY for the software TT incorporated 2023/2024.
