Not able to download 2024 tax year Home & Business software

Windows 10 PC Desktop

Purchased a License Key for Home & Business. The 'box' shows "download only"

Have gone to turbotax.ca/download, clicked on the 'download' button for Home & Business, but all that downloads is a crdownload file that NEVER seems to open.

I am using Microsoft Edge.

So now what? At least with a CD, I could actually load it on the computer.

For installation issues, make sure you are following these points:

You have the administrator rights on the profile you are installing TurboTax on

You are not trying to install on a cloud

Turn off your antivirus software and Windows Defender, before installation

If the error persist, we suggest you to contact our product support by phone.

I downloaded using Chrome. No issues but to purchase another licence, I had to use Edge.

HELP ... I have not been able to use my turbotax account for anything asking me to pay ... I was trying to download turbotax 2024 home and office and IT IS NOT WORKING ...

Try switching your browser to Edge. Chrome wasn't working for me, but when I changed to Edge, no problem. There are different security policies in different browsers.
