      <title>TurboImpot 2024 online - Unable to load Arc Data</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using TurboImpôt Canada online and have tried multiple times to import my data, but the website never recognizes that I am successfully connected to l’ARC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Below are the steps I take, but please note—as mentioned in the image—the first attempt to connect to l’ARC never works, even though I can confirm that my username and password are correct. I always have to try a second time, and only then am I able to log in successfully.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried using Edge, Chrome, and even Chrome in Incognito mode (which runs without cookies).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also attempted to log in through the iOS app, but every single option reacts the same way. The first login attempt always results in Err.021. When I try again, the login works, but the TurboTax app doesn’t seem to recognize that I’m logged in, so it never downloads my data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
