      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a TurboTax Online edition purchased from a retail store? If that is a case it can only be linked to one account. If your son has already activated with his account, it cannot be activated to the second account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for replying.&amp;nbsp; This is an online purchase from Intuit of the downloadable desktop &lt;STRONG&gt;TurboTax Standard 2024&lt;/STRONG&gt; edition.&amp;nbsp; My son used my account, with the access code sent to me on the purchase receipt email.&amp;nbsp; It worked for me, because I have it installed on my laptop.&amp;nbsp; He is able to access my account but gets the message "Something's not right, try re-entering your code.", every time he tries to download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would you be able to help me with this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
