I have lost my computer with my 2023 install of TurboTax and also the activation code. Where do I find the code so I can re-install?

From where did you buy the product? Did you buy it straight from Intuit or was it a retail product?

Can someone PLEASE help me. I posted a request to get my 2023 TurboTax Activation code 2 days ago and the only response I have received is asking where I purchased.
I called the TurboTax help line and have now spent over 30 mins on hold AFTER I spoke to someone and they asked how they could help. They needed to get assistance from someone to assist but have not come back - have a odd feeling they will not at this point.

Help!
