Why can't I use netfile québec service even if I'm eligible?

I answered no to all the question but at the end I'm being told that I'm not eligible to use this service

I get this message :

NetFile Québec : You are not eligible

Coline, you do not qualify to use Revenu Québec's NetFile service.

But I do not understand why I'd not be eligible. I answered no to every question at the begining.
