Filling taxes outside of Canada

Me and my two friends are currently travelling in Peru and wanted to pay a Turbo Tax accountant to help file our Canadian taxes. We entered Canada Oct 2023 and left in July and Sept 2024. We all worked full time and we all got a Canadian drivers license whilst out there so unsure if we count as residents or nonresidents?

We can’t download the turbo tax app because we are in the wrong region so our App Store doesn’t allow it. Is there a way for us to contact Turbo Tax Accountant without the app?
