If you bought TurboTax Desktop directly from us, we have not mailed out CDs for several years now. And as of 2024, we no longer make CDs at all.

Then; who took my money? I only use a lap top, and do 6 income taxes for family & friends! I don`t want to use your download program because It takes up to much room on my laptop! Then when I delete your program which I pay big money for it is gone forever! I put the cd in the cd reader and use it as needed. I went back 4 years for a friend. Thank god I had your old CDs! So I did start with you & stayed with your since you started! But; I am gone, now. I know of many people who are like me? You can`t even put a cd in your program box? Sad! Just plain sad! You promised me a cd; where is it? Good bye good riddance! Jack

Can you please tell me, what company out there that does offer a CD tax prep. program? Me and many of my friends are ready to switch. Thank you Jack

@jack01949 CDs are no longer available from us. We offer the same desktop version, which you can get by clicking on a link. It's the exact same product as the CD version. The CDs have been discontinued because new devices no longer have CD-ROMs.
