I cannot enter my spouses information. Software downloaded the basic information address SIN but doesnt prompt to enter T4s expenses etc?

deleted the file and retired a couple of times, still onnly lets me enter my T4 etc but not hers'. Never had that trouble other years!

Hi,

I was having the same issue. At the top of the screen, right below the URL, click on the partner's name. This will take you into their tax return. Not very intuitive. Then scroll down and add income.

@phvissers You will see both of your names at the top left side of the screen; you just have to click on the name to switch the profile to add any relevant slips or information.
