I installed turbotax on 1 PC but need to install on a 2nd one. Says the license code is associated with another account but i don't have a turbotax account?

You will need to sign into the main account holder's account to download the software on a second computer. 1 account per license code.

If you are downloading your software on a second computer, you will only be able to view your tax returns created on the first computer if you send your files over; otherwise, no one can see them on the second computer.

@hazanjo You just need to install the software and login to the same account that you used when you entered the License Code on the first PC.

You need to sign into your TurboTax account on the 2nd computer. After signing in you should be able to install the program. It worked for me.

@rwpeck47 What year are you trying to download? Did you buy this directly from Intuit or from a retailer? Checking your profile, I see that you have been using TurboTax Online for the past few years.
