You'll list this out as an expense on Part V, Other expenses (Line 48). If you have an amount in Box 48 of a T4A slip (Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income), this amount represents fees for services and is considered self-employment income by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
