If so, the prior year return might be there. Or maybe your return was done on a spouse/partner's account (if applicable)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Susan. I have used the online option for several years with the same account. My kids returns were there to roll forward but mine and my husbands weren’t. I have the soft copies which I can see in my account and can access the prior year returns in the previous year versions of the software but ours did not show up to roll forward this year. I can recreate but it’s a bit of a pain and the roll forward is one of the reasons I’ve stuck with Turbo Tax so losing that function is a bit frustrating. Thanks again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you figure this out?&amp;nbsp; I was having the same issue, so I selected start a new return (again), and then went through the prompts to import previous year return, and it worked the second time it did it.&amp;nbsp; Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
