You just need to install the software on the second computer using the same licence.

You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows).

To download your TurboTax Desktop software to another computer you will go to this link and then click on the TurboTax Software that you have purchased and install it- you will need your license code in order to put it on a new computer.

@Walchuk If you have used an Online version of TurboTax you do not need to transfer it to a different computer. You can simply log in by using your credentials for that specific year and you will have access to your returns.

@e3l You can install TurboTax Desktop up to 3 computers using the same license code.

but only if all 3 computers are PCs. You cannot use the same licence to download software to a Mac

@Logical7 The Canadian version of TurboTax Desktop is only available for Windows. For Mac users we have TurboTax Online, and the codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa.
