&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 0%, 0%);font-size:14px;"&gt;If you used &lt;STRONG&gt;TurboTax Desktop&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you will be asked to log in to your TurboTax/Intuit account when you install the software. If you log in to the same account that you used when you first got the code, the code should be listed, and you just have to choose it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 0%, 0%);font-size:14px;"&gt;If that doesn't work, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;you can call customer support with proof of purchase (receipt) at 1-888-829-8608.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;They are open from 9 AM to midnight ET for English support so they can assist you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
