&lt;P&gt;For installation issues, make sure you are following these points:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Windows are up to date&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;You have the administrator rights on the profile you are installing TurboTax on&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;You are not trying to install on a cloud&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Turn off your antivirus software and Windows Defender before installation and turn them back on once it is installed.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the error persists, we suggest you contact our product support by phone.&lt;/P&gt;
