      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where did you buy the product? Is this a retail product? I can't find any orders under the email address you provided if you purchased it directly from us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you made a retail purchase, we do not know what your license code is. If you still have access to the previous download, I can send you instructions on where to find a license code in the installed product. Please let me know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I still have the licence code since I bought the Turbotax 2025 package from Costco. Unfortunately my computer's harddrive die so I needed to reinstalled to my other computer. I just wanted to know since the Turbotax allowed the installation on three computer. So, with my hard drive die with my first installation. Do I still have the same three computers installation allowance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
